As DCG’s Chief Operating Officer, Caitlin Donovan oversees the accounting, human resources, and legal departments. She is instrumental in all financial and contract management, as well as resource planning and allocation. She brings extensive experience in the implementation and management of both small and large-scale programs, and plays a key role in capture management, new business development, and proposals.

Prior to DCG, Caitlin spent nine years in recruitment services for both the public and private sectors. As the Recruiting Manager at TrueTandem, she supported all areas of the Civilian, Department of Defense, and National Security Group’s sales organization. This included bids and proposals, contract modifications and renewals, recruiting, on-boarding and retention, staff augmentation, and strategic partner development.

When she’s not busy at work, Caitlin can be found enjoying time in sunny Florida or exhilarating D.C. with her husband, boy-girl twin toddlers, and their Pomeranian.
