Jill Alarcon brings nearly ten years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources to DCG as our HR Director. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of recruitment, onboarding, retention, professional development, and engagement of the entire team. Before joining DCG, she spent seven years supporting the recruitment of small to medium sized defense contractors in the D.C. area and most recently served as the Director of HR for a full-service digital media agency and online news publication. Her specialty and passion is in creating and implementing HR strategies in smaller organizations from the ground up.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter and Boston terrier/boxer mix!
